Hiervoor moet de ondernemer zich aanmelden bij twee instanties in elk land.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nederland en Belgie hebben een onderdrempel, een soort vrijstelling tot een bepaald gewicht. Elk ander land heeft geen vrijstelling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wij hebben daarom besloten te stoppen met verzenden van goederen naar alle EU landen behalve Nederland en Belgie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Om ons heen horen we dit erg veel. Ook Duitse ondernemers zijn gestopt met &#8220;export&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">HOE DE EU ZICHZELF EN KLEINE ONDERNEMERS WURGT!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">PPWR: How European legislation is strangling small business owners.\n\nThe EU\u2019s PPWR (Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation)\u2014which came into effect across the entire European Union on August 12\u2014imposes conditions on the shipment of goods from one EU member state to another.\n\nThis legislation is exceptionally complex; in short, it requires every business owner in every country to report the total amount of packaging material used. To comply, a business owner must register with two separate authorities in each individual country.\n\nThe Netherlands and Belgium offer a \"de minimis\" threshold\u2014a form of exemption up to a certain weight\u2014but no such exemptions exist in any other EU country.\n\nConsequently, we have decided to stop shipping goods to all EU countries, with the exception of the Netherlands and Belgium.\n\nWe are hearing this from many others around us as well; even German business owners have ceased their \"exports.\"\n\nHOW THE EU IS STRANGLING BOTH ITSELF AND SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS!<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PPWR: Hoe de Europese wetgeving de kleine ondernemers wurgt.
